Many of us carry unresolved pain from the past that shows up in our adult lives, shaping how we relate to ourselves and others. Inner child work is a transformative process that helps you connect with the vulnerable parts of yourself that have been neglected, hurt, or silenced. I specialize in helping women explore the roots of these wounds so they can break free from patterns that keep them feeling stuck and reclaim a sense of safety, confidence, and emotional well-being.

I support people navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life stress, self-esteem concerns, difficult family or relational dynamics, the effects of narcissistic abuse, grief and loss, or struggles with emotional regulation. My work is relational, trauma-informed, and attachment-based, and I focus on creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly heard. Together, we work to rebuild self-trust, foster self-compassion, transform your relationship with yourself and others, and develop tools to move forward with greater clarity and inner peace.

To provide individualized care, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches grounded in extensive professional training. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician, with additional expertise in IFS for EMDR and Peaceful Brain-Body Parenting. When appropriate, and with your permission, my dog Heidi may also join sessions to offer comfort and grounding.
