Hello. I'm so glad you’re here.
If you’re like many of the clients who walk into my office, you’ve spent months - maybe even years - searching for a name to describe the chaos. You’ve been looking for a label that makes the gaslighting, the circular arguments, and the cold shoulders make sense - and you landed on the label Narcissism.
As a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician, I want to validate all of the research you have done. That label was your "aha moment" - it was the first time you realized that maybe, just maybe, the problem wasn't you.
Often, clients ask me: "Is my partner a narcissist?" And as a Registered Psychotherapist, my answer is always the same: I cannot diagnose. But more importantly - for your healing - the diagnosis doesn't actually matter.
A label is just a word. But what you have lived through is a reality.
In this Project, we are going to shift from the word Narcissism to the word Antagonism.
Why? Because Narcissism is a diagnosis, but Antagonism is an over-arching system.
When we talk about an "Antagonistic System", we stop focusing on what is wrong with them and we start focusing on what is happening to you. We look at the environment that has made you feel so small, so tired, and so "not enough".
This Project isn't about figuring them out. It’s about Reclaiming You. We use Narcissism as the doorway because that’s the word that helped you find me. But Antagonism is the path we are going to walk together to get you home to yourself.
You are safe here to stop wondering what they are and start remembering who you are.
I don't just understand this system from a textbook. I have walked through the fire of an antagonistic environment that turned violent, and I have had to find my own way back to solid ground. I'm here as a clinician, but also as a witness. I know the stakes of your survival and the heavy cost of your bravery.
The Self-Reclamation Project is a clinical and compassionate roadmap that integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) tools for those navigating narcissistic or antagonistic abuse. We move beyond mere understanding of the antagonist, and focus on the truth of your experience and the physiological impact on your nervous system.
This isn't about "fixing" you - you were never broken - it's about untangling the enmeshment and returning the leadership to your "Core Self".

Move at your own pace through five comprehensive chapters designed to name and deconstruct the specific tactics used to disorient you. By mapping the architecture of "The Constant Storm" and "The DIMMER", you will clear "The Internal Fog" of confusion and finally identify the "Internal Heroes" that reorganized to keep you alive.
The 90-page workbook serves as your tactical companion, moving you from the intellectual understanding of trauma to the somatic feeling of your own truth. It provides a grounded space to track the physical "receipts" of your survival and orient your mind, body, and identity through grounding anchors.
A focused, 1-on-1 clinical integration session designed to ground the theories of the Project into the lived experience of your nervous system. This 50-minute session provides a sanctuary of uninterrupted safety where we meet the internal parts of you that felt the most ached during your self-paced work.
I created this because I needed it too.
This map was drawn from the wreckage of my own past so that you might find your way to safety a little faster than I did.

The Self-Paced Webinar
Chapter 1 – "The Constant Storm": This chapter is about moving from "The Internal Fog" of confusion into the clarity of knowing. We deconstruct the architecture of the "Antagonistic System". By understanding how your natural and beautiful desire for attachment is weaponized against you, we lay the groundwork for radical acceptance.
Chapter 2 - "The Impact Zone": In this chapter, we shift the lens from the antagonist’s behaviour to your internal landscape. You will learn to read "Your Body’s Receipts" - the somatic language of hypervigilance and fatigue that your nervous system uses to keep you safe. We introduce you to the IFS model, identifying your "Core Self", "Exiles", and "Protective Parts".
Chapter 3 - "The Darkening": This chapter is about exposing "The DIMMER" (Dismissiveness, Invalidation, Minimization, Manipulation, Entitlement, and Rage) and how it is used by the antagonist to devalue your reality.
Chapter 4 - "The Internal Fog": In this chapter, we untangle the invisible glue of betrayal blindness and cognitive dissonance that makes letting go so difficult. We will address the mechanics of gaslighting and DARVO, while helping you process deep grief and "The Wound of Not Enough".
Chapter 5 - "Reclaiming The Light": In the final chapter, we reframe boundaries as internal sacred agreements rather than external confrontations. You will develop a personalized "Sovereignty Plan" to maintain nervous system hygiene and live outside the shadow of the antagonist.
The Project Workbook
The workbook is your tactical companion; inside you will find:

The Anchor Session
Once you have moved through the core curriculum, we will meet for a private 50-minute Anchor Session to provide the attunement and uninterrupted safety your system has been denied.
Throughout the Workbook, you will see an Anchor icon, which serves as a signal that you don't have to solve this specific pain alone. While we cannot process every item on this list in one session, you can choose the one that feels the loudest in your system.
Please note, limited Anchor Sessions will be available each month to ensure dedicated clinical care.
Tools for Restoration
This Project doesn't just ask you to think differently; it uses evidence-based frameworks to help you be different. I know that the exhaustion you feel is held deep within your system, so I’ve incorporated three primary modalities to address the mind, the body, and the internal family.
Internal Family Systems (IFS): We use the Parts model to understand how your system reorganized to survive the storm. By identifying your "Core Self", "Protective Parts", and your "Exiles", we move from internal conflict to "Self-Leadership". You aren’t broken; you are a complex system of "Internal Heroes" who have worked very hard to keep you safe.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): Antagonistic trauma often leaves the nervous system in a state of chronic high alert, where the body continues to brace for storms that have already passed. In this Project, we use EMDR resourcing tools to code positive internal resources directly into your nervous system.
Somatic Awareness and Compassion: Healing happens from the bottom up (i.e., body to brain). We focus on somatic awareness (learning to listen to the leaden weight in your bones or the bracing in your chest) and meet the physical signals with self-compassion instead of judgment.
The Path Forward
Healing is a journey that won’t end when the Project finishes. At the conclusion of our Anchor Session, we can discuss the best next step for your continued restoration.
If my practice currently has an active opening and you feel pulled toward our dynamic, we can discuss transitioning into regular 1-on-1 therapy. If there is not an immediate opening, you are welcome to join my waitlist for future availability. Because this work is so specialized, my practice often operates on a waitlist.
