Education.
I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO, #006971). I've spent the last 15 years helping people navigate the parts of life that feel too heavy to carry alone.
I bring a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to my work with clients. I'm a Certified EMDR Therapist and a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician, with additional training in IFS for EMDR and Peaceful Brain-Body Parenting. I also provide Supervision and Consultation, and I'm an EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training, supporting other therapists in their professional growth.
My educational background includes an Honours Bachelor of Science (HBSc) from the University of Toronto, a Graduate Diploma of Education (GradDipEd) from the University of the Sunshine Coast, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University.
I combine this professional training with a relational, client-centred approach, creating a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore, heal, and grow. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength, foster self-compassion, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and resilience.
