The Bookshelf.

Welcome to my curated bookshelf. Reading between sessions can be a powerful way to deepen your self-awareness, validate your lived experiences, and build a common language for our work together. That said, reading about trauma, relational wounds, or inner child work can sometimes stir up unexpected emotions or activate protective parts of your system. If a book feels overwhelming, give yourself full permission to close it, pause, and bring what came up to our next session. Healing happens at the speed of safety - there is no rush.

These books are offered as supplementary resources for self-discovery and education. Reading them is entirely optional and is not a substitute for individualized therapy or clinical care.
